  3. Prices and Payment
    All prices displayed on our site are in CAD and include VAT, but exclude any shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Oliva Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices at any time. Once an order is placed, the price cannot be modified. Payments can be made through the payment methods available on our website.

  4. Order and Confirmation
    After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The agreement is only concluded when we confirm your order by email. Oliva Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse an order, for example, in case of incorrect information, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

  5. Delivery and Delivery Times
    We strive to deliver your order within the indicated time frame. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Delays in delivery do not entitle you to compensation. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

  6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
    Returns must comply with the conditions described in our return policy. Items that are not returned in their original condition may not qualify for a full refund.
